Due to the nature of our digital service and the costs associated with platform access, API provision, and third-party charges (from Meta), we have a strict **no-refund policy**. Please read the details below carefully.

1. Subscription Fees (Our Platform Fee)

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). These subscription fees are for access to our platform, dashboard, features, and support.

2. Meta Conversation Fees (Auto-debited by Meta)

Our Service connects you to the Meta WhatsApp API, which incurs its own conversation fees. These are the per-message charges billed directly by Meta (e.g., ₹0.78 for Marketing, ₹0.125 for Utility, or a separate fee for Authentication messages).

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You can do this by contacting our support team at **SUPPORT@CODESAAR.IN**.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or yearly), after which it will not be renewed. You will not be charged again, but you will not be refunded for the current period's payment.

4. Exceptions

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly *by us*, you must contact our support team within seven (7) days of the charge.
